BBQ Beef wrap sliders 

With Cheddar Cheese and Salad Greens

Serves 4-6

4-6 Farrah’s Garlic Butter wraps
500g beef mince
1 tbsp olive oil, plus extra for brushing bbq
chopped garlic
1 egg
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 teaspoon chopped thyme
8 slices cheddar cheese
2 tomatoes sliced
1/2 avocado
2 small red onions
Spinach or lettuce leaves

The Beef Patties
Place in a bowl the mince, olive oil, garlic, egg and thyme.  Mix well with hands and form into patties.  Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Brush bbq with oil and cook beef patties.  Once browned and cooked thoroughly, add a slice of cheese on top of each patty until melted.

Fold wrap in half, then half again to create a pocket.  Add your ingredients inside the pocket and serve.


  • Pork or lamb burgers are a great alternative to beef, or make it vegetarian; try with falafel.
