BAKED CHICKEN TAQUITOS

6 Farrah’s Taco Tortillas

200g roasted shredded chicken

1 cup tasty cheese

1 cup cream cheese

Hot sauce

Salt and pepper

1 tbsp melted butter

Coriander

Lime wedges


Preheat oven to 180°C.

In a bowl combine the shredded chicken, tasty cheese, cream cheese, and season with salt and pepper.

Lay a wrap flat on a board, down the centre of the wrap spread 1/6 of the chicken mixture and splash with hot sauce if desired. Roll up the wrap around the ingredients and place the rolled wrap on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Place the wrap seal-side down or use a toothpick to hold together if required. Brush lightly with butter. Repeat with the remaining 5 wraps.

Sprinkle some grated cheese over the top of the rolled wraps.

Bake for 10-15 minutes or until wraps are crunchy and golden and cheese on the top has melted. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Serve with hot sauce, lime wedges and a sprinkle of chopped coriander.
