2 Farrah’s Wraps — you choose the flavour
10-15 slices of salami or pepperoni
¾ cup grated mozzarella cheese
Cherry tomatoes (halved)
Red onion (thinly sliced into rings)
Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Place one wrap on a baking tray, spread with pesto and then sprinkle with 1/3 of the grated cheese. Place the other wrap on top of the cheese, then spread tomato paste on top of the wrap.
Sprinkle with the remaining cheese, top with the salami and the halved cherry tomatoes.
Bake in the oven for 10–12 minutes, until the edges are crisp and the cheese has melted. Remove from the oven and top with slices of red onion and fresh basil leaves.
Season with salt and pepper.
