Wrap Chips with Dip

Makes 1 bag of Wrap Chips

Your choice of Farrah's wraps
Olive oil spray
Salt

Preheat oven to 180°C.

To make the chips:

Lightly rub olive oil or spray with oil on one side of each wrap and sprinkle with salt.  Cut the wraps into shapes using a sharp knife.  Lay the shapes out on baking trays with the olive oil side facing down onto the tray.

Bake at 180°c for 6–8 minutes or until slightly golden.
Remove from oven and allow to cool before serving with dips.

  • Get inventive – try sprinkling the wraps with different seasonings like Cajun seasoning, parmesan cheese and thyme, or seeds such as sesame or poppy.
  • Make sure you cut the wraps into shapes before making them (otherwise they’re really crispy and hard to cut). Stack 3 wraps on top of each other to cut multiple wraps at once into chips!
  • Try using cookie cutters to cut the wraps into different shapes – the kids will love it!
  • To store wrap chips, keep the Farrah’s Wraps packet and put your chips in there once they’ve cooled down. The packet has a useful re-sealable strip.
