breakfast wrap quiche

INGREDIENTS

1 packet Farrah’s Multigrain Wraps
2 eggs
Splash of milk
Ham, chopped into small pieces (we used leftover Christmas ham!)
Tomatoes, sliced
Spinach, chopped
Cream cheese
Spray oil
Salt & pepper

METHOD

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°c.

  2. Lightly grease a medium sized oven-proof bowl, then press one wrap into the bowl.

  3. Into the wrap, crack two eggs, then add milk and whisk.

  4. Add ham, spinach, tomatoes, and a few teaspoons of cream cheese.

  5. Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes or until the eggs are cooked through.
    Sprinkle with cracked pepper and a touch of salt.

  6. Slice and serve with tomato relish, a drizzle of pesto, or fresh garden salad.

  • Try making different quiches like spinach and feta, or caramelised onion… there are no rules, so get creative!
