keto buffalo cauliflower pizza

Makes 1 Pizza

INGREDIENTS

Buffalo Cauliflower Pizza:

1 Farrah’s Keto Pizza Base
1/2 Cauliflower head
1 1/2 cups Grated mozzarella
1/3 cup Low Carb buffalo sauce
1 Spring onion, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp Olive oil

Keto Ranch Drizzle:

1/3 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Cream
1 Tbsp Fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 Tbsp Fresh dill, finely chopped

METHOD

1. Preheat oven to 200-220 degrees.

2. Break the cauliflower into small, bite-sized florets and spread onto a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt, and roast for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.

3. In a small bowl, combine the roasted cauliflower and half of the buffalo sauce.

4. Place Farrah’s Pizza Base on a lined baking tray and evenly spread the remaining buffalo sauce. Top with the buffalo cauliflower mixture and mozzarella.

5. Bake for 8-12 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.

6. While the pizza is cooking, make the ranch drizzle by whisking all ingredients together until combined.

7. Remove pizza from oven, drizzle with ranch, and garnish with sliced spring onion. Slice and enjoy!

  • For best results, use a pizza stone.
