CLASSIC CHICKEN WRAP

Makes 2 Wraps

2 Farrah’s Multigrain Wraps
1 cup Cooked chicken, shredded
½ cup mayo
2 spring onions, finely chopped
Cos lettuce, roughly chopped
Pickles, chopped
Pink pickled onions (see tips for recipe)

In a bowl mix together the cooked chicken mayo and spring onions.

Assemble Wraps with all the remaining ingredients.

Roll up tightly folding the bottom first then the sides. See Farrah’s Tips and tricks page to see how to roll it.

  • To make the pickled pink onions, place one sliced red onion in a bowl and cover with boiling water for 30 seconds then strain. Place onions in a jar, cover with 1 cup cider vinegar and the juice of 1 lime. Seal container, refrigerate and watch them turn pink!
