Deconstructed wrap lasagne

INGREDIENTS

Farrah’s Caramelised Onion Wraps (3 x layers per lasagne serving)
Farrah’s Taco Spice Mix
Leftover meats (BBQ chicken, mince, sausages - whatever’s on hand)
1/2 jar of tomato passata or marinara
Mozzarella
Handful of spinach
Handful of fresh herbs - basil of chives
Salt and oil to season

METHOD

  1. Cut wraps into rectangles.

  2. Using tongs, shallow fry in hot oil at 170°C until golden.

  3. Season immediately with Farrah’s Taco Spice Mix and salt. Set aside.

  4. Steam the spinach in a pot on low heat with a tablespoon of water.

  5. Reheat leftovers on a pan with tomato passata or marinara.

  6. Slice the mozzarella.

  7. Slice the herbs.

  8. Layer it all up as you go - wrap, filling, cheese, repeat.

  9. Build it tableside or share straight from the stack!
