jalapeño popper wraps

INGREDIENTS

2 Farrah’s Wholemeal wraps 
½ cup cream cheese
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
½ cup chopped crispy bacon
½ cup mozzarella cheese, grated
Fresh coriander, chopped
1 fresh jalapeño, sliced
½ cup tasty cheese, grated 

Salsa:
¼ small red onion, diced
Juice from ½ lime
½ cup charred corn  
Fresh coriander, chopped 

METHOD

  1. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, onion powder and garlic powder. 

  2. Cut each wrap from the centre towards you. Place the bacon on one quarter of each wrap, mozzarella and coriander on another, spread the garlic cream cheese on a third quarter topped with jalapeños and tasty cheese on the fourth.

  3. Fold the wrap up, starting from the bottom left quarter, folding into each quarter in a clockwise direction.

  4. Toast each side in a fry pan.

  5. In a small bowl, mix together the salsa ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Serve with the toasted jalapeno popper wraps, and enjoy!

  • If you can't find them fresh, sliced jalapeños in a jar would be just as delicious!
    • Remember, there are no rules with farrah's, so get creative with your filling combinations!
