keto pesto chicken pizza

Makes 1 Pizza

INGREDIENTS

1 Farrah’s Keto Pizza Base
Pesto
1 cup Shredded chicken
1/2 punnet Cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 Capsicum, sliced
1 Red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup grated Mozzarella cheese
2 tsp Pine nuts
Fresh basil, roughly chopped

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 200-220 degrees. 

  2. Place Farrah’s Pizza Base on a lined baking tray. Spread a thin layer of pesto evenly on top.

  3. Top pizza base with tomatoes, shredded chicken, red onion, and capsicum. Sprinkle on the cheese and pine nuts. 

  4. Bake for 8-12 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden. 

  5. Remove from oven, garnish with basil, slice, and enjoy!
