LOW CARB STEAK WRAPS

Farrah’s Low Carb Original Wraps
500g Beef steak of your choice (we sued eye fillet)
Salt and pepper
1 courgette, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
Handful of red and yellow cherry tomatoes, cut in half
Bunch of Spinach
Feta
Tzatziki
Pinenuts, toasted

Season the steak with salt and pepper and cook over a medium heat until done to your liking. Set aside to rest then slice.

In the same pan grill the courgete and red onion util soft and slightly charred.

Assemble Wraps with steak, grilled veges, cherry tomatoes, spinach, crumbled feta, tzatziki and pinenuts.

Roll up tightly folding the sides first then the bottom, rolling all the way over to form a burrito. See Farrah’s Tips and tricks page to see how to roll it.
