pavlova wrap bites


INGREDIENTS

1 packet Farrah’s Premium White Wraps
Butter, melted
Whipped cream (we used Tatua Dairy Whip)
Fresh strawberries, kiwifruit, and blueberries
Meringue, crushed

METHOD

1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

2. On a chopping board, using a glass or cookie cutter, cut out circles from each wrap.

3. Lightly grease a muffin tin with olive oil or butter, and push each wrap circle into the tin.

4. Brush lightly with melted butter, prick airholes with a fork and bake for 7-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

5. Remove from oven and let cool. Build pavlova bites with a squirt of whipped cream, fresh fruit, and crushed meringue. Perfect for summer sharing!

  • Remember, there are no rules with Farrah's, so get creative with your filling combinations!
    • Keep the wrap cut offs, sprinkle with salt and herbs, and bake until crispy and golden to make delicious wrap chips.
