PULLED PORK WRAPS

Farrah’s Wraps of your choice
Pork Shoulder

BBQ SAUCE
2½ cups BBQ sauce
½ cup apple cider vinegar
2 finely chopped onions
2 crushed cloves of garlic
Farrah's Smoky Chipotle Spice Mix (1/2 the packet)
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt

1 yellow capsicum, thinly sliced
¼ red cabbage finely shredded
¼ green cabbage
Sour cream and Chipotle sauce, mixed

Place the pork shoulder and the sauce ingredients in a slow cooker on high for 6-8 hours. When the pork is cooked and the meat effortlessly falls apart take the shoulder out of the slow cooker and shred the pork.

Assemble Wraps with all the remaining ingredients.

Roll up tightly folding the sides first then the bottom, rolling all the way over to form a burrito. Cut in half. See Farrah’s Tips and tricks page to see how to roll it.
