GRilled steak, mushroom & blue cheese wrap

Makes 2

Farrah’s Premium White Wraps
2 rib eye or sirloin steaks
2 large brown onions
2 Tbsps olive oil
2 Tbsps butter
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 teaspoons thyme, finely chopped
6 mushrooms, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
Aioli
Blue cheese, crumbled,
Rocket leaves

Cook the onions with the oil and butter and a good pinch of salt in a fry pan or bbq until soft. Add the garlic, herbs and mushrooms and continue to cook, while stirring, until tender.

Season the steak with salt and pepper and cook until done to your liking. Set aside to rest then slice.

Assemble Wraps with all the remaining ingredients.

Roll up tightly folding the sides first then the bottom, rolling all the way over to form a burrito. Cut in half. See Farrah’s Tips and tricks page to see how to roll it.
