taco-spiced bacon hack

 

INGREDIENTS
Farrah’s Taco Spice Mix
500g streaky bacon
Olive oil
Fried eggs
Hollandaise sauce
Hash browns (cooked)
Mushrooms (cooked)
Freshly chopped chives

METHOD

  1. Lay bacon on a tray, then drizzle with olive oil. Coat each side with Taco Spice Mix.

  2. On a BBQ hot plate (or frying pan) cook bacon for 12 minutes or until crispy, turning halfway through.

  3. Grab a plate, and build with your ‘big breakfast’ ingredients - eggs, hollandaise, taco-spiced bacon, hashbrowns, and mushrooms. Garnish with fresh chives, salt, and pepper, and enjoy!
