ULTRA KETO 7-LAYER DIP

INGREDIENTS
Tortilla Chips:
1 packet Farrah’s Ultra Keto Tortillas
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
7-layer Dip:
2-3 chicken breasts, shredded
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 packet Farrah’s Smoky Chipotle Spice Mix
Salt and pepper
2-3 cups grated cheddar cheese
3 avocados, smashed
2-3 cups crispy bacon pieces
2-3 cups sour cream
1-2 limes
2-3 cups chopped tomatoes
Fresh coriander
Black olives
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Place tortillas on chopping board, lightly brush one side with oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Using a sharp knife, cut the tortillas into triangular shapes and transfer to a lined baking tray. Bake for 6-8 minutes or until lightly golden.
Remove from oven and cool on a rack.
In a bowl, combine chicken, olive oil and spice mix. Season with salt and pepper and toss to coat.
Fry chicken on medium heat until golden and cooked through. Set aside to rest for 10 minutes, then shred with forks.
Place the chicken in a trifle bowl or serving dish, top with a layer of cheese, smashed avocado, and bacon.
Stir together sour cream and lime juice and spread over the bacon.
Add a layer of tomatoes, then top with coriander and black olives.
Serve with tortilla chips, and enjoy with friends and family!
