ULTRA KETO DUMPLING SMASH TACOS

Serves: 8

INGREDIENTS

8 Farrah’s Ultra Keto Tortillas 
500g pork mince 
2 Tbsp sesame oil
1 cup green cabbage, shredded
2 spring onions, sliced
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2cm piece of ginger, finely chopped
Salt and pepper

Topping:

Red cabbage, shredded
Japanese mayonnaise
Fresh coriander

METHOD

  1. In a bowl, combine the dumpling ingredients (pork mince, sesame oil, green cabbage, spring onions, garlic, ginger). Season with salt and pepper.

  2. Divide the dumpling mix into eight balls and press flat onto each tortilla.

  3. Heat a dash of oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the tortillas dumpling-mix side down for 5 minutes or until cooked through.

  4. Flip the tortilla, then continue to cook for 1 minute.

  5. Use a spatula to remove from the pan and onto a plate.

  6. Top with shredded red cabbage, a drizzle of Japanese mayonnaise, and coriander.

  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
