Caramelised onion Wrap Chips with kiwi onion Dip

INGREDIENTS
1 packet Farrah’s Caramelised Onion Wraps
Olive oil spray
Flaked sea salt
Kiwi onion dip (combine Maggi Onion Soup with 1 can reduced cream, and let set in the fridge).

METHOD
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2.
Spray one side of each wrap with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Cut the wraps into shapes using a sharp knife.
3. Lay the shapes out on baking trays with the olive oil side facing down onto the tray.
4. Bake at 180°c for 6–8 minutes or until golden and crispy. Remove from oven and allow to cool before serving with kiwi onion dip!

  • Try using cookie cutters to cut the wraps into different shapes!
  • To store wrap chips, keep the Farrah’s Wraps packet and put your chips in there once they’ve cooled down. The packet has a useful re-sealable strip!
