INGREDIENTS

Farrah’s Low Carb Original Wraps
Leftover BBQ meats, spiced mince, curries, vegetables - whatever’s on hand
Oil
Optional: Fresh herbs, spices, chilli oil, hummus, yogurt to taste

METHOD

  1. Fold the sides of the wraps in to form a triangle space in the centre.

  2. Fill the triangle space of the wrap with your chosen ingredients.

  3. Line oil along the edges of the folds, to keep wrap in place.

  4. Place on a baking paper-lined tray.

  5. Roast in the oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes until golden and crisp.

  6. Top with optional herbs, spices and sauces.
