High Fibre leftover sunday roast wrap

INGREDIENTS
1 x Farrah’s High-Fibre Wrap
Leftover roast meat (we used lamb)
Leftover veggies (we used carrot, broccolini and red onion)
Mashed potato
Gravy
Mint sauce
Fresh herbs (optional)
Salt and pepper
METHOD
Reheat your meat and vegetables in the oven or air fryer at 160°C for 5 - 8 minutes until warmed through.
Heat the leftover gravy in a small saucepan over low heat or in the microwave for 30 seconds until warmed. Add a splash of water to loosen if needed.
Gently warm your wrap in the oven or microwave. Spread a layer of mashed potato on the base then layer the meat and vegetables on top. Top with mint sauce and gravy.
Top with fresh herbs if using, season to taste, then fold in the bottom and sides. Serve with the remaining gravy on the side for dipping.
