INGREDIENTS

Farrah’s Low Carb Tortillas
Farrah’s Nacho Spice Mix
Hot oil (for frying)

Breakfast toppings
Eggs
Avocado
Chives

Lunch toppings
Fish
Lemon
Salt
Pepper
Oil
Sauerkraut
Plus any of your favourite garnishes

Dinner toppings
Steak
Hummus
Spring onion

METHOD

  1. Cut circles from tortillas.

  2. Shallow-fry in hot oil at 170°C until golden and crisp.

  3. While hot, season immediately with Farrah’s Nacho Spice Mix and salt.

  4. Cool slightly, then top however you like.

  5. Share, pile high, and enjoy!
