Hot oil (for frying)

Plus any of your favourite garnishes
Dinner toppings
Steak
Hummus
Spring onion
METHOD
Cut circles from tortillas.
Shallow-fry in hot oil at 170°C until golden and crisp.
While hot, season immediately with Farrah’s Nacho Spice Mix and salt.
Cool slightly, then top however you like.
