With Farrah's Nacho Spice Mix
1 packet of Farrah's Nacho Spice Mix
500g beef mince
1 red capsicum
1 can of chopped tomatoes
1 can of kidney beans
Dice the onion and capsicum into small pieces and heat in a little oil for 5 minutes until soft.
Add the mince and Farrah's Nacho Spice Mix, mix in until the mince is broken up and has started to turn brown.
Add the tomato and beans and cook through for 5 minutes or until the mince is cooked.
Layer your corn chips into your dish and build your nachos. Top with cheese and put them under the grill to melt the cheese. Finish them off with a dollop of sour cream and freshly made tomato salsa.
