LOW CARB CHICKEN BURRITO

INGREDIENTS

Farrah’s Low Carb Original Wraps
2 x Chicken breasts
Spice mix (we used Farrah’s Smoky Chipotle Spice Mix)
Red cabbage, shredded
Spinach
Cheese, grated
Chipotle mayo

METHOD

  1. Dice the chicken breast into 2cm chunks and coat with the spice mix.

  2. Cook the chicken over medium heat until cooked through.

  3. Build your burrito with chicken, red cabbage, spinach, cheese, and chipotle mayo.

  4. Roll up tightly, firstly folding the sides, then the bottom, then roll over to form a burrito (see Farrah’s Tips and Tricks page for further rolling instructions).

  5. In a pan, toast burritos over high heat for 30 seconds each side or until slightly charred. Serve and enjoy!
