POKE TUNA TACOS

Makes 6

Farrah’s Taco Tortillas
Fresh tuna fillets
Black & white sesame seeds
Cabbage (shredded)
Carrot (grated)
Radishes (thinly sliced)
Coriander (chopped)
Sriracha Mayo
½ cup mayonnaise
½ tsp sriracha
½ tsp lime juice
Wasabi (optional)

Use Farrah’s Tortillas straight from the packet.

Coat tuna in sesame seeds and sear in a hot pan before slicing into thin strips.

Down the centre of each tortilla layer cabbage, carrot
and radishes.

Top with pieces of tuna and a sprinkle of coriander. Finish with a drizzle with sriracha mayo and serve with a wedge of lime.
