Potato, meatball and Rosemary Pizza

Makes 1 Pizza

INGREDIENTS

1 large Potato, peeled
1 packet of small, premade Meatballs (we used Green Meadows Beef)
1 Farrah’s Original Pizza Base
2 Tbsp Olive oil
2 Tbsp Black pepper, cracked
1/4 cup Fresh rosemary leaves
3/4 cup Bocconcini

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 200-220 degrees.

  2. Using a mandolin, cut potatoes into paper-thin slices.

  3. Squeeze balls of sausage meat out of the casings into a small fry pan over medium heat. Fry until golden all over, tossing regularly.

  4. Place pizza base on a lined baking tray. Brush with half of the oil and sprinkle evenly with half of the black pepper, half of the rosemary, and all of the bocconcini. Lay out the thin potato slices on top and brush with the remaining oil.

  5. Add chunks of the cooked sausage on top of the potatoes. Sprinkle with the remaining black pepper and rosemary.

  6. Bake for 8-12 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.

  7. Remove from oven, slice and enjoy!

  • For best results, use a pizza stone.

  • Remember, there are no rules with your Farrah's Pizza Bases, so get creative and enjoy!
