ultimate veggie PIZZA

Makes 1 Pizza

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Farrah’s Original or Keto Pizza Base

  • Tomato Pizza Sauce

  • 3/4 Cup Mozzarella, grated

  • Mushrooms, sliced

  • Cherry tomatoes, halved

  • Red onion, thinly sliced

  • Capsicum, thinly sliced

  • Feta, crumbled

  • Pesto

  • Fresh basil leaves

  • Salt and pepper

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 200-220°C.

  2. Place pizza base on a lined baking tray and cover with a thin layer of tomato pizza sauce.

  3. Top pizza base with vegetables, then mozzarella and a sprinkle of crumbled feta.

  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Bake for 8-12 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.

  6. Remove from oven, garnish with fresh basil leaves, slice, and enjoy!

  • For best results, use a pizza stone.
