APRICOT CHICKEN PIZZA
INGREDIENTS
1 Farrah’s Original or Keto Pizza Base
Tomato Pizza Sauce
Roast Chicken, sliced
¾ Cup Mozzarella cheese, grated
Spring onion, thinly sliced
Cream cheese
Apricot sauce
Rosemary
Pine nuts
METHOD
Preheat oven to 200-220°C.
Place pizza base on a lined baking tray and cover with a thin layer of tomato pizza sauce.
Top pizza base with roast chicken, spring onion, and mozzarella. Evenly dot 1cm chunks of cream cheese over the pizza.
Bake for 8-12 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Remove from oven, add a swirl of apricot sauce, and garnish with fresh rosemary and pine nuts.
Slice, and enjoy!
