Makes 6

12 Farrah’s Taco Tortillas
Farrah's Nacho Spice Mix
500g Prime beef mince
2 finely chopped onions
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
1 egg
1 bunch of fresh coriander (finely chopped)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 can corn kernels
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon milk
Salt and pepper
100g grilled bacon rashes

1 smashed avocado
1 cos lettuce
shaved cucumber
fresh coriander
1 lime

Lime Crema
1 lime
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup plain thick yogurt
tsp crushed garlic
salt and pepper

Combine Farrah's Nacho Spice Mix, beef mince, onions, garlic, egg, finely chopped coriander,  breadcrumbs, milk and salt and pepper in a bowl. Make into patties. Heat the oil in a pan over a medium heat and grill the patties until cooked through. Remove from heat. Fry the bacon and then saute the corn kernels in the pan to brown. 

Heat the Farrah's taco tortillas. Assemble the burgers by firstly layering a Taco with the avocado, lettuce, cucumber, then the patties, bacon, a little more avocado and corn. Add a spoonful of the lime crema. Place a Farrah's taco tortilla on top and serve with lime wedges on the side.

  • Serve with homemade rough cut potato chips.
  • Add a drizzle of tomato salsa to the chips.
