Makes 1

2 Farrah’s Premium White Wraps
4 medium-sized tomatoes
3-4 mozzarella balls 
3 tbsp tomato paste
Fresh basil leaves
Cracked salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Place one wrap on a baking tray and spread with 1 tbsp tomato paste. Place the other wrap on top, then spread that wrap with the remaining tomato paste.

Slice the mozzarella balls and the tomatoes into approx. 5mm thick slices. 
Lay the slices of tomato on a separate baking tray and grill in the oven for approximately 5 minutes or until the edges start to go golden. Remove from the oven and drain the excess liquid from the tomatoes.

Starting around the outside of the wrap, layer grilled tomato and mozzarella slices alternately in a circle until you reach the centre and the wrap is covered.

Bake in the oven for 10–12 minutes, until the edges are crisp and the mozzarella has melted. Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil leaves and season with salt and pepper.
