MINCE BURRITO BOWL

Farrah’s Fire Roasted Pepper Wraps, or flavor of your choice
1 packet of Farrah's Nacho Spice Mix
500g beef mince
1 onion finely diced
1 can of chopped tomatoes
1 can of kidney beans

Top with:
Smashed avocado
Sour Cream
Pink Pickled onions
Sliced red chilies
Coriander

Preheat oven to 180°C

Lay the wraps on a chopping board and prick all over with a sharp knife (this helps the hot air escape the wrap when it’s cooking in the tin). Push the wrap into a Tortilla Wrap Bake Tin mould, making sure it’s centered.

Bake in the oven for 5-8 minutes or until the basket becomes slightly golden. Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a wire rack- it will get crispy/firmer as it cools.

Heat onion in a little oil for 5 minutes until soft. Add the mince and Farrah's Nacho Spice Mix, mix in until the mince is broken up and has started to turn brown.

Add the tomato and beans and cook through for 5 minutes or until the mince is cooked.

Assemble the ingredients in the baked wrap basket. Top with all our suggested toppings, or as you please!
