Farrah’s Premium White Wraps
100g unsalted butter, melted
150ml cream, whipped
1 tsp Vanilla essence
1 punnet of strawberries, sliced
1 punnet of raspberries, sliced
100g chopped pistachios
3 Tbsp Icing sugar, for dusting
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Cut wraps into circles using cookie cutters or a sharp knife and spread with melted butter.
Place in oven for 6 to 8 minutes or until golden and crisp. Leave to cool.
Mix together whipped cream, custard and vanilla essence.
Layer wrap crisps with custard & whipped cream mix, sprinkle with raspberries/strawberries and pistachio’s. Top another wrap and repeat proves with three to four layers.
Garnish with icing sugar
