Serves 1

1  Farrah’s Honey Wheat Snack Wrap
2 slices of shaved ham
1/3 cup grated cheese
Tomato sauce or chutney

Lay the wrap on a chopping board and spread half of it with sauce or chutney.
Lay the ham on top of the sauce, then sprinkle with grated cheese.

Fold in half and toast in a hot sandwich press until golden brown.

Allow to cool then wrap in lunch paper or tin foil for the lunchbox!

  • Try different ingredients like roasted chicken and cranberry, there are no rules so get creative!
  • A fry pan can be used instead of a sandwich press – lightly oil before placing the wrap in to toast. Flip half-way through cooking.
