Farrah’s Burrito Tortillas
Smoked salmon
Cucumber ribbons
Cherry tomatoes (halved)
Red onion (thinly sliced)
Micro greens
Crack pepper

Sauce (combine):
Cream Cheese 
Lemon Juice
Dill (finely chopped)

Use Farrah’s Wraps straight from the packet, spread the inside of each wrap with the cream cheese sauce. Fold into a pocket by folding the wrap in half and then in half again.

Fill the pockets using the smoked salmon, watercress, cucumber, cherry tomatoes and red onion. 

Finish with a few micro greens and a pinch of cracked pepper.

  • Be careful not to add too much dill – it can easily overpower the salmon.
  • Mini wrap pockets using our Taco Tortillas are impressive as finger food or as sliders for a lighter meal.
