Wrap sushi



Farrah’s Chia, Oats & Hemp Wraps
Smoked salmon, thinly sliced
Carrot, julienned
Purple cabbage, shredded/sliced
Cucumber, julienned
Lettuce
Cream cheese
Black and white sesame seeds

Lay out your wrap and spread the cream cheese over the entire wrap. This will help the wrap stick when rolled.

Slightly off centre of the wrap, lay the lettuce, then cabbage, carrots, cucumber and top with the smoked salmon.

Carefully roll the wrap tightly and slice into pieces. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.

  • These go great with a dipping sauce like soy and wasabi or chilli sauce.
  • You can use Japanese mayo or aioli instead of cream cheese for a more authentic sushi roll.
