2 Farrah’s Taco Tortillas
1 egg, soft boiled and shell removed
2 rashers streaky bacon
Salt and Pepper
In a small frying pan cook bacon until crispy.
Assemble taco tortilla with rocket, bacon, avocado, and half an egg on each. Drizzle with BBQ sauce and aioli. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with a fresh tomato salsa or any other condiment of your choice.
