Chicken sliders

SERVES 4 - 6


4-6 Farrah’s Garlic Butter Wraps
500g-600g chicken breast
1 ½ avocados
8 slices cheddar cheese
2 tomatoes sliced
1 tbsp. olive oil


Season the chicken breast with salt & pepper. Place in BBQ or in a fry pan, cook until golden brown and the juices run clear. About 5 minutes on each side. 

Fold wrap in half, then half again to create a pocket.

Add grilled chicken, layer with cheese, tomatoes, avocados & a sauce of your choice to taste!



  • Why not try it with pork or lamb? Or make it vegetarian; try with falafel.
  • Delicious with Aioli added.
