Serves 1-2

2 Farrah’s Multigrain wraps
Cucumber cut thinly
Red cabbage cut thinly
Carrot cut thinly
Capsicum cut thinly
Handful of spinach leaves
1/2 avocado, mashed
Sweet chilli sauce

Thinly slice cucumber, cabbage, carrot and capsicum.

Spread the mashed avocado on your wrap and then lay out vegetables lengthwise.  

Pour over sweet chilli sauce

Roll up and cut in half.


  • Add prawns cooked in chilli and lime for an extra flavour punch!
