Superfood wrap bowl

Makes 2

2 Farrah’s Wraps of your choice
Our suggested fillings:
Haloumi, grilled
½ cup quinoa or wild rice (cooked)
½ cup zucchini “noodles”
½ cup beetroot “noodles”
Spinach
Avocado, sliced
Purple cabbage
Sauerkraut
Sesame seeds

Preheat oven to 180°C

Lay the wraps on a chopping board and prick all over with a sharp knife (this helps the hot air escape the wrap when it’s cooking in the tin). Push the wrap into a Tortilla Wrap Bake Tin mould, making sure it’s centred.

Bake in the oven for 5-8 minutes or until the basket becomes slightly golden. Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a wire rack- it will get crispy/firmer as it cools.

Assemble our suggested ingredients in the baked wrap basket or get creative with your own! Serve with your choice of sauce/dressing.
