Apple & Cinnamon Pinwheels

Makes 8

INGREDIENTS

2 x Farrah’s Apple & Cinnamon Wraps
2 cups stewed apple
2 Tbsp brown sugar
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp icing sugar
Juice of 1 lemon

METHOD

In a bowl, combine apple pie filling, brown sugar, cinnamon and vanilla extract.

Spread generously over your wrap and roll up to make a pinwheel.

Simply repeat the process and roll around the first filled wrap.

Cut into pinwheel slices and cook in a moderate oven for 12 - 15 mins or in the air fryer for 6 - 8 mins.

To make the glaze, whisk together icing sugar with enough lemon juice to make a runny icing. Allow the pinwheels to cool slightly then drizzle with your icing glaze.

  • To help keep their shape, you can place the pinwheels into muffin trays when baking.
