Apple & Cinnamon twists


INGREDIENTS

4 Farrah’s apple and cinnamon wraps
1 Tbsp cinnamon
¼ cup sugar
50g butter, melted

METHOD

Preheat oven to 180°C bake.

In a bowl combine cinnamon and sugar and mix well.

Brush each wrap with melted butter and sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar.

Place a wire rack on top of a baking tray. Cut wraps into 2 - 3 cm wide strips, then twist together. Lay each wrap twist onto the baking rack, tucking each end under the wire so the twist doesn’t unravel.

Bake for 4 - 5 minutes until golden, then remove from the oven and let cool.

Serve with your favourite dipping sauces.

  • Make your own chocolate sauce by combining 50g of milk chocolate, ¼ cup cream and a dash of vanilla essence. Heat for 30 seconds then stir until the mixture is a smooth liquid. Or try a white chocolate sauce with raspberry sauce drizzled through it.
