Baked Granola Bowls


SERVES 1-2

INGREDIENTS

1 Farrah's Apple & Cinnamon wraps
2 Tbsp butter, melted
250g Greek yoghurt
1 ½ Tbsp honey
150g granola
¼ cup strawberries, sliced
¼ cup blueberries
½ banana, sliced
Fresh mint leaves (optional)

METHOD

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan bake.

Trace around an oven safe bowl with a knife to cut the wrap to desired size. Prick the wrap all over with a knife, this will prevent it from puffing up while baking.

Brush both sides of the wrap with melted butter. Press into the bowl and bake for 8 - 10 minutes until golden and crisp. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely on a baking rack.

While the wrap is cooling, stir 1 tablespoon of honey through the Greek yoghurt until combined.

Spoon the yoghurt into the cooled wrap bowl. Top with granola, then arrange strawberries, blueberries and banana over the top.

Drizzle the remaining honey and garnish with fresh mint leaves (optional). Serve immediately and enjoy!

  • If you don’t want to waste the off cuts from the wrap, bake them in the oven with the wrap bowl, and blend them to a crumb once crispy. Sprinkle over the granola bowl to serve.
