Apple Crumble Pots

INGREDIENTS

2 x Farrah’s Apple & Cinnamon Wraps
60g plain flour
40g rolled oats
40g brown sugar
75g cold butter, cubed

Filling:
3 cups of 660g of apple pie filling
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Ice cream or cream to serve

METHOD

1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Grease a medium-sized muffin tray.

2. Cut 3 circles out of of the Farrah's Apple & Cinnamon wraps. Press into your muffin tray. 

3. To make the crumble, combine the plain flour, rolled oats, brown sugar and butter in a mixing bowl. Use your hands to rub the cold butter into the flour mix until clumpy. 

4. Stir cinnamon into the stewed apple, then spoon into each wrap cup. Top with the crumble mixture. 

5. Bake for approx 20 minutes until golden and bubbling. Cool for 5 minutes then serve warm with ice cream or cream. 

  • If you don't want to waste the off cuts from the wrap, blend or roughly chop them and substitute for the rolled oats in the crumble topping.
    • Microwave the wraps to make them easier to press into the tray.
