Maple Bacon Banana Wraps
SERVES 1-2
INGREDIENTS
Farrah’s Apple & Cinnamon Wrap
4 slices of streaky bacon
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp pecans or almonds, roughly chopped
1 large banana, sliced
METHOD
Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Lay streaky bacon in a single layer.
Bake in the oven for approximately 15 minutes. Turn half way and drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake until the syrup starts to thicken and the bacon becomes candied. Once cooked, remove from the oven and set aside.
Warm your wrap in the oven for 1 minute. Top with sliced banana and maple bacon.
Drizzle with extra maple syrup and enjoy!
