Low Carb High Protein Spicy Tuna Wraps

INGREDIENTS
2 Farrah’s High Protein Wraps
2 x 95g cans tuna in springwater, drained
2 Tbsp celery, finely diced
1 Tbsp red onion, finely diced
¼ cup red capsicum, finely diced
3 Tbsp Greek yogurt
½ tsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
2 tsp Sriracha sauce
2 - 3 cos lettuce leaves, shredded (or 1 cup baby spinach)
½ medium avocado, sliced
Salt and cracked pepper
Chilli flakes to garnish
METHOD
In a bowl, combine tuna, celery, red onion and capsicum. Add yoghurt, Dijon mustard, parsley and Sriracha. Mix well.
Spoon the spicy tuna mixture down the centre of Farrah’s Low Carb High Protein Wrap. Top with sliced avocado, cos lettuce (or spinach).
Fold up the bottom of the wrap, and then fold each side in snugly around the filling. Enjoy!
