MEXICAN SERVING PLATTER WITH LOW CARB TORTILLA CHIPS

Ideas:

  • Jalapeno poppers/bell peppers stuffed with cream cheese

  • Guacamole

  • Low Carb Taco – cut into Tortilla chips

  • Chilli con queso (cheese dip)

  • Charred corn with spiced paprika and grated parmesan

  • Tomato salsa/green tomatillo salsa

  • Pink pickled onions, olives, red peppers, etc.

  • Fresh chilli's

  • Refried bean dips

  • Fried and sliced chorizo

  • Soft brie, hard cumin seed gouda, blue cheese or crumbled feta

  • Shredded chicken taquitos/quesadilla bites

  • Sliced tamarillos for pops of seasonal colour, with lime wedges to garnish
