KETO SAUSAGE ROLLS - Thai Coconut Chilli


Makes 12 rolls

Ingredients:

4 Farrah’s Low Carb Keto wraps
350g pork mince
1 tsp garlic powder
1 egg
⅓ cup coconut thread
¼ cup Kara coconut cream
¼ cup chopped coriander
¼ cup chilli sauce
Black Sesame seeds

Coconut Dipper:

½ cup Kara coconut cream
¼ cup chilli sauce
¼ cup chopped coriander

Method:

Preheat oven to 165C.

In a bowl, combine all ingredients except the wraps and sesame seeds, season with salt and pepper. Divide meat mix between the wraps to make a long sausage shape.

Brush egg wash over the wrap top section to help it stick, and roll tightly. Place on a lined baking tray with fold on the bottom.

Brush the top of each wrap with the egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden, and pork mince cooked through.

Cut end off and slice into 3rds and serve with coconut dipper.

  • Try using lamb mince instead of pork or beef

  • Spread the inside of your wrap with tasty chutney before filling with the meat.
