INGREDIENTS
Sweet Chilli Wrap Chips
4 Farrah’s Low Carb Sweet Chilli Wraps
Olive oil
Seasoning (we used garlic powder, onion powder, and salt)
To serve (lots of colour!)
Sweet chilli cream cheese
Smoked salmon, flaked
1 avocado, smashed and seasoned with lime, sea salt & cracked pepper
Fresh pickles
Kimchi
Microgreens
METHOD
Pre-heat oven to 180°C on bake. Lightly oil the Farrah’s Low Carb Sweet Chilli Wraps, prick with a fork all over and sprinkle with seasoning. Cut into wedges or strips and arrange in a single layer on a lined baking tray.
Place tray in oven and bake for 6-8 minutes or until golden and puffed. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly.
Arrange wrap chips on a platter with your favourite dips and enjoy! We used sweet chilli cream cheese, flaked salmon, smashed avocado, rocket, and pickles.
