Serves 10

1 packet of Farrah’s Chilli Tortillas
1 packet of Farrah's Fajita Spice Mix
500g-600g of chicken breast
Red, yellow and green capsicums
Red onions
Side salad to serve

Cut the chicken breast into strips and coat in the Fajita spice mix. Cook the chicken in a heavy skillet pan or frying pan on a high/medium heat. Use some tongs to turn on each side to ensure the flavour stays on the meat. When the chicken is nearly cooked add the capsicums and onion to the pan and cook for a further 2 minutes.

Heat each Farrah’s Chilli Tortillas in a pan or microwave for 10 seconds.

Serve the sizzling Chicken Fajita in the pan alongside the heated tortilla's and a side salad.
