Chicken & Avo Wraps

 

Farrah’s Fire Roasted Pepper Wraps
2 Chicken breasts
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Tin Roasted capsicum (sliced)
Iceberg lettuce
1 avocado, smashed

Season the chicken with salt and pepper and pan fry in the oil until tender and cooked through. Set aside.

To assemble:

Use Farrah’s Wraps straight from the packet, layer with ice berg lettuce, chicken, roasted red peppers and generous dollops of the smashed avocado.

Fold up the bottom of the wrap and then roll to form the wrap, leaving one end of the wrap open.
