HALoumi & Superbeet WRAPS

Farrah’s Superbeet Wraps
Olive oil
Haloumi
Carrots, thinly sliced or rbboned
Cucumber, ribboned
Salt and pepper
Quinoa, cooked
Parsley
Beetroot relish
Yoghurt dressing

Heat a pan with some oil or butter over a medium heat. Slice the haloumi 1-2cm thick. Pan fry haloumi until golden on both sides.

Assemble Wraps with all ingredients and finish with dressing/relish.

Roll up tightly folding the bottom first then the sides.
